However, if you don’t have workout equipment at home, you can still create resistance to work your muscles. Experts suggest to use your body to create this resistance. Exercises like squats, push-ups, bridges, or crunches don’t need anything but your time and a space on floor. People usually add dumbbells or kettlebells to amplify these exercises to build muscles. You need consistency for fitness, not equipment. 

    Just Start with What You Have

    The idea is to give yourself the feeling of achieving something. If you have access to a park or a long garden, you are good to start with 30 minutes daily walking. People don’t know that walking is one of the most underrated workout. If you have never worked out before, you need to start small. Begin with fifteen walking and then increase the time. Also, mix slow walking with fast sprints. Such fusions are great for heart rate increasing and muscle building. 

    Set Goals, But…

    Yes, you need to set a fitness goal. But make sure that your goal is realistic. Often people set high goals and then after a few days give up. Don’t target 100 pushups at the beginning, or 10,000 steps. Success lies in the appearance. You need to appear every day, even if it is for 15 minutes, you must be present with the right mindset. 

    Fitness Mindset

However, your mind matters because your mind creates the feeling of success or failure.
