    In the 21st century, we talk a lot about technology and innovations all over the world. Leaders and mentors talk about working hard and overcoming laziness and sleep for Food. But none of them talks about the food one should eat that will help us in sustaining our goals.

    Men are deeply engrossed in this problem where their food habits that extremely problematic. Sometimes the person eats healthy food but if the sequence of consumption and timing is not good then that same food can cause harm to the person.     Eat-in a hurry

    This is one of the biggest problems of today’s generation. Due to the competitive environment, people have no time to eat properly. Take the example of an employee in a multinational company, he has to report at 8 or 9 am in the morning then hustle till late afternoon and get a short break for lunch. He finishes the work at 9 pm. So, there is no time for snacks or to have a complete lunch with peace.

    Due to stressed workplace employees eat readymade fast-food during lunch due to shortage of time. Food taken in short time intervals is not digested easily and become the reason for constipation and stomach issues. This is why doctors and health experts advise people to eat with no stress in mind. One should have a meal with peace, chew the food properly so that stomach has to do less work for digesting it.

    Eating at the wrong time

    There is a correct time for everything we do in life or the work is carried out haphazardly. The same philosophy is applied in the timing of our meal. A normal meal takes 3 to 4 hours to get digested. Hence, if one of your meals is already under the digestion process and if you take another meal then that’s incorrect and is considered an unhealthy action for Vidalista 60mg. It also depends on the type of food we eat. For example, one must not eat a heavy meal at dinner because most of us have dinner at 10 or 11 pm.

    And after 30 minutes or 1 hour, we go to sleep. Thus, the food has not got enough time for digestion while you are awake. This will result in constipation once you wake up in the morning. Today people are so busy that they don’t care about the time. People are more careful about satisfying their urge of taste rather than thinking about what their body needs.

    Eating junk food

    One must limit the consumption of fast or junk food. The end goal should be to completely get rid of junk food as they are not good in any aspect. Junk foods are the biggest source of bad cholesterol, artificial sugar and calories. All your effort in gyms can be whitewashed if you don’t keep a check on what you eat. Such food items lead to obesity, diabetes mellitus, Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and mental disorders.

    Eating after long breaks

    Currently taking long breaks in between meals is in trend. People eat breakfast then don’t eat anything for 4 to 5 hours before lunch and then no snack but directly dinner. But taking long breaks has a problem. Gaps are taken with the aim to reduce the intake of calories which will eventually burn the stored fat and result in weight loss. But many times, when the person takes the meal after such a long break he gets out of control and does overeating that leads to gain in weight. So, don’t follow such techniques without consulting the doctor or keep taking Fildena 150.

    Drinking excess alcohol

    With alcohol there is duality, this is because alcohol is not bad in its entirety. Instead, alcohol helps release stress and reduce blood pressure to give a calm mind. The problem starts when people think that start drinking alcohol in unlimited quantities. In such a situation the relationship between organs and the nervous system is broken due to poor transmission of signals.
